The variety of reviews sums up this unique cafe - you will love it or hate it. We thought it was great - something of a time-warp. The tea was excellent - the four of us shared a large pot. 3 of the party had apple crumble (like mum used to make) and I a whisky cake. This was moist and had a subtle hint of whisky. Yes there were hygiene-type issues but for us they added to the character. Note this is cash only.
