Always great food especially their Dim Sum with excellent service from start to end. I go whenever I am in london and nothing has faltered. Thank you Pheonix Palace.

I visited Phoenix Palace last week. It is genuinely impressed. The restaurant has a warm, elegant atmosphere with subtle Eastern touches. It’s high-quality, authentic Chinese cuisine in London. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely visit again.

My favourite Chinese restaurant in London. Amazing menu and impeccable service, the food is delicious, good portions and presentation. On entering there is a huge wall of pictures of celebrities and I can see why. I've asked about putting up my own photo but am still waiting for my invatation lol

I had dinner with my friends there yesterday and really enjoyed it. The place has a nice, relaxed vibe, and the staff were friendly and quick. The food tasted fresh and properly done, especially the roasted duck and curry lamb. A great spot for Cantonese food.

Quite a big restaurant and the prices are on the high side - it’s Good Earth money but nowhere near the quality. When we arrived we waited at the “please wait here to be seated” not one single person came over and in the end I had to call the guy behind the bar. Out friends arrived 15 minutes later and the same thing - ignored by staff and left waiting by the sign. The food? very average- prawn toast, wasabi prawns, minced chicken, smoked shredded chicken all average. Peking duck was too dry. The bill for 4 with only 2 main courses was £240. won’t be back - Golden Dragon in Colindale is far superior

Nice large restaurant, the service was very good, good good quality food and pleasant atmosphere
