Phoenix House Chinese Restaurant in Fieries

Our team visit was wonderful, and a big reason for that was the manager; his name is Key. And they were all welcoming, attentive, and clearly passionate about ensuring every guest felt valued. Most importantly, the foods were absolutely delicious and tasty. It’s rare to see management so present and engaged — it made a lasting impression. Once again, thank you so much to the manager, Key and his team for their warm and friendly welcoming hospitality.

Second time in here... First time was ok.. was invited a second time with family. Food was soo good.

Without a doubt the best Chinese restaurant in London. The food is always exceptional and the service on-point. Been coming here for years, was there over the weekend and the waiter by the name of Chong is incredible and really understands the art of customer satisfaction!

Very solid dim sum. Fast, friendly service. The staff is quick to clean your table. Nice decorative interior, big space for groups of all time.

New Year’s Eve was our first visit even though I’ve been hearing about this place for years. I really wish we’d gone sooner. The menu was great - a mix of family favourites and more traditional Chinese dishes. Even though it was really busy, the staff were lovely and attentive, especially Cheong. Can’t wait to go back

Amazing food, one of the best dim sum places in London! A wide selection of dim sum to choose from - bbq pork pastries, shanghai pork dumpling, crispy lobster dumpling, mini rib in black bean sauce, century egg congee, convoy & crab meat braised e-fu noodle...

Such a lovely welcome, a great traditional restaurant and delicious food. I have been craving roasted Cantonese duck (I live in Devon and I can’t seem to find anywhere that does it like you get it in London), so looked up on Google and found this gem! Delicious! Highly recommended x
