Dinner for 4, each ordering a different meal, and the result was 4 very satisfied diners. A warning though, the three meat combo is three full servings, not a platter with a choice of meats! Made a hole in it all the same. Pulled pork is beautiful with a tender sauce, the smoked brisket is to die for (tap it and it falls apart). Even the sides were perfect, fries, onion rings, corn, creamed spinach - all ideal. Attentive yet discrete service. And the complimentary ice cream cones topped off a lovely dinner. Definitely going back!

We were impressed by the staff's service.
The music was a bit too loud, although I liked the style, so it didn't affect my rating.
The brisket was a highlight, although my partner's rib was overcooked and therefore a little tough. Otherwise, we had a very good experience. I've attached a photo of the ribs.

Overall, the food wasn’t bad, but the pork ribs and pulled pork were a bit too dry and not as juicy as one might have expected. The side dishes were very good. At the end, they offered us an ice cream. What I didn’t like at all was that a 10% service charge was added to tables with more than four guests; I have no objection to that, but it should at least be stated on the menu rather than finding out about it directly from the bill.

Ok. This is real BBQ. Wife had pulled pork. She said wow. And she is a tough critic. I had the Guinness wings. They are no joke. Wish I could get them back home in the states. Friendly. Talked with the owner super nice. If we come back to Dublin. We are coming back. See if they have the chef’s table going on and book it for you and 9 friends

Do not expect american standards of brisket. I can call it tender beef at best.
For that reason the food I consider overpriced. Don’t get me wrong food is decent but not a proper brisket

Amazing restaurant. Can very well beat many Kansas City style BBQ places in the states. The food was top notch and you get a free ice cream cone at the end of dinner. The staff was very friendly and attentive. A must stop. They're doing it right.
