Staff are so helpful and friendly! They were so accomodating when i called up to make an edit to my order! Partner loves the cookie dough milkshakes :) Food was fab and we'll definitely be back!!

I was late for the train. Had 50 mins to wait and wanted to grab something close and convenient. 5pm during the week so understandably no atmosphere to talk about. Hot dog was 12euro, regular chips 6euro and a can of coke 3euro. 21euro for takeaway food as far as I was concerned. I did sit in fair enough and the food was nice. But I felt the whole thing was abit extortionate. Or is that the going rate for this type of food these days?

Staff is friendly and smiley, however although the restaurant is beautiful and well located, the atmosphere was a bit odd. Many kids around but at the same time dark and loud music. I'm not sure if there was a party coming or if it's always like that. Anyways, food was ok, but not too many options. In fact, the menu shows the same item (hot dog) twice under two different names. Table was sticky could do with a better cleaning. I've ordered a hot dog with no mustard but came with mustard. Is not bad at all, but I'm not sure I would be back as for 3 people spending 50 euro is not too cheap either.

On final note after 10 takeaways finally got my free takeaway. And just had number 10 before we went on holidays. When we get back we wait til the weekend to order only to realize that the free meal expires after 10 days. I rang up when I realized and was even more disgusted by the attitude of the staff. Not my problem nothin we can do. 23 euro of an order wasted! Feel like that should be explained at some point but was never explained. It now makes me not want to order again. And it's frustrating as I adored the food and had brought friends and family and had been singing their praises for long time. Now that's been ruined by a 10 day rule to use the voucher which seems insane in this day and age. We went on holidays for 2 weeks and if had known wouldn't have ordered the night before we left. Just gutted and even more disappointed in the staff and how we were treated. Previous thoughts.... Love the food and we have been to sit in and take out many times. I have found it fierce cold to sit in the winter and we often we are the only ones eating in. So took 2 stars off for that. Even took a group in on a snow day and it was a dripping icicles into our meal when we put the heating on and all the snow and Ice melted down on top of us. It's really a lean too roof so not their fault. Always find as it's quiet have to search for staff member to see if they are open often feel like we shouldn't be there or not open. Once you get past that then food is the main reason to go for visit, from chips to pizza to sides you can't go wrong with anything. If you layer up it's well worth a visit in the winter.
