Planet Spice in Clonmel

We recently ordered catering for a family get-together, and it was hands down one of the tastiest meals we've ever had! From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch. The food was delivered right to our door, perfectly presented and piping hot, which made hosting so much easier. Not only was everything delicious, but they also included a few surprise extras at no additional cost — such a thoughtful touch that really made our day. After the meal, they came back to collect everything, making the whole process completely hassle-free. It was clear they genuinely care about quality and customer experience. Came to planet spice today with my friend from kilkenny , the staff and the food was amazing. By far the best Indian cuisine i ever had. Can not recommend this place enough as the portions were massive and full of flavour. Credits to the chef

Had food here today, absolutely amazing quality food, amazing service. I’m from Kilkenny and none of the restaurants have a patch on Planet Spice. Definitely my favourite Indian restaurant of all time. Would 1000% recommend.

My family and I had a lovely time dining here. Always great tasty food and friendly staff. We get a selection of mild to spicy curry's so everyone can enjoy. Very fresh and tasty. Great portions size even for take aways. Would definitely recommend for Indian food in Clonmel.

Amazing Indian restaurant, must try the vegetables Biryani if you are vegetarian. Loved the place and atmosphere. Quick service and friendly staff. The authentic taste of India can be experienced here. The menu has a wide variety of dishes.Will surely visit again and recommend

Have been here plenty of times and it is consistently excellent. Complimentary poppadoms and pickle tray. Starters of onion bhaji, sheek kebab, chicken and spinach pakoras, all good. Mains of chilli chicken, although not on menu, chicken madras, both spicy, chicken balti, lamb chettinad, all good, spicy potatoes, naans all good. Previously had murgh jaipur, always good and spicy as are any balti, or jalfrezi. Always friendly service. A must visit.

In the 27 years I have lived here, I can honestly say this is the best Indian food I've had. Flavor's were amazing, I had Prawn jalfrazi, the prawns were large and tasted amazing. The korma my daughter had was lovely, and mum had chilli king prawn. Will definitely return, highly recommend

Not the review I want to be leaving as the food is very nice but today I went and collected my take away but for the 4th time they have given me the wrong order , I really like this restraunt and food but I need to be getting the order I ask for !!

We love to frequent Planet Spice when we regularly visit Clonmel. My husband had the Jalfrezi, my two sons enjoys the Tikka Masala, and the South Indian garlic chicken for myself. The spices and flavours are always the most authentic we’ve experienced. Very flavoursome food, decent portions and always cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend. Just bring your own wine as they don’t serve alcohol.
