Next to last evening in Ireland on our honeymoon. Tasted fantastic and rare Whiskeys you can't find in the states. Damian and Staff are top quality. Wonderful spot for a pint or a bite.

The food was absolutely amazing! We had the salmon, fish & chips, and the soup of the day – everything was fresh, perfectly delicious, and the portions were generous. Our server Olga was super friendly, helpful, and just fantastic overall. Thank you for a great experience – we’ll definitely be back!

2 great nights enjoying the session led by the mighty Blakie O'Connell and friends. The staff are first class - friendly and professional. Thanks to Ronan for setting up a tab for us on our second night! Both Ronan and Colin were excellent barmen.

Service a bit slow. Food excellent. Need to be quicker off the mark taking your order. Once ordered, food came quickly and was quite good. Wasn’t overly busy.

Amazing, delicious dinner!!! Chicken Curry was spectacular and full of flavor. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the vegetables with it were spectacular! If you’re in the area, I highly recommend Dining here!!!

28/05/2025: My Wife and I enjoyed a light lunch at Preachers pub on Wednesday 28th May 2025 and it was wonderful. My Wife opted for chicken wings and a latte, while I chose Soup and Coffee, both wonderful. Thank you Alice, Sean and Jack for a delightful experience. We will be back.
19/04/2025: Top class service. Well trained staff. Top class food. Great location. Was not overly busy, so the atmosphere was a little subdued, but this suited me perfectly. Highly recommend.

Dan O'Connell's Bar

09/07/2024: Simple and good. Very friendly staff! Watched football on TV with great sound. We had two meals, the burger which was great and the steak sandwich which unfortunately was disappointing to me as the steak was not so good... as it is listed as one of the specialtys of the house that should've done better! But had an overall great evening.
06/06/2024: Cozy pub / very friendly / fast service / tasty food. Highly recommended!!
