Poppyseed Clarinbridge is my go-to restaurant 15 minutes drive or a 33 minute cycle outside Galway City, just past Oranmore on the old Limerick Road. It's a family run business with a vibrant and enthusiastic team of positive and friendly personalities - who go out of their way to leave you with a positive experience - each and every time - Their bonus point is their made to order 11" gluten free chocolate & hazelnut cake. It's a delicious work of art..!
'Team Poppyseed' in Clarinbridge obviously enjoy their work because everything is fresh and made to order and always served with a friendly smile which is genuine - because - these guys take pride in everything they do.

05/01/2025: Just like you imagine a pub, especially in Ireland. Simply perfect. Great atmosphere, nice people, excellent regional food. Simply perfect and live music on the weekends. Recommended to anyone who likes fresh oysters. The price for this is more than affordable. 6 pieces under 20 EUR. Here I met a Dutchman with Irish roots who explained a lot of things to me, recommended good whiskeys and many more things. Gladly again at any time. Thanks to all.
