Pratai simply offers the best fries in Ireland! 🍟 They are excellent. The sauces are delicious and bring a real gourmet touch. The staff is super welcoming, smiling and takes the time to give good advice. A perfect experience! Don't change anything, especially not the recipe! 😍

Pratai on Shop Street in Galway is a gem! Simple, but high-quality food made from locally sourced potatoes—no imported nonsense here. The staff are incredibly friendly, dedicated, and kind. The sauces are top-notch, but my favourite has to be the rosemary salt chips. It's the perfect Irish snack, especially while strolling through the vibrant and lively streets of Galway. Highly recommend!

No toilets and every sauce costs €2, which I find a bit steep. However, the fries were good!

Centre of Galway town, bustling with continuous customers and chips to die for! Hand made on site, in front of your eyes, with many choices of dressing or salts… quick efficient courteous staff, definitely worth a stop at if you need a nice warm snack… and to top it all, 3 different servings, Big, Bigger or Biggest!

One of the best fries I've ever eaten so far. There are different salt spices. We chose curry salt and ayoli as a dip. They make the fries themselves and it is an absolute recommendation to eat there!
