Proby's Bistro in Cork

Lovely place for brunch with a unique menu. One of our party was a bit disappointed they couldn't get scrambled eggs with their breakfast, but they enjoyed their poached eggs all the same.

Brunch here was stellar. The pancetta hash was savory and addictive while the ricotta pancakes were some of the best pancakes I've ever had! Great smoothies as well! Love that you can sit outside too. This is the place to go in Cork for breakfast!

One of the best places to eat in Cork. I walked in and got a table. They were very flexible with the menus. A delicious diverse menus but not to big just right. For vegans and GF eaters. super fresh ingredients , exiting alcohol free drinks. Thank you !!

Cracking value. Lovely service. The quail starter was outstanding.

One of the best meals I’ve had in cork in a long while. Days later and we all are still talking about how perfect the meal and whole experience was. The variety on the menu is perfect and value for money with the starter and main set course is faultless. I honestly can’t wait to return especially to try out their brunch!

Would avoid the pancetta hash and roasties, both extremely dry. Disappointing visit, although service was very good.

Loved the fresh food with locally-sourced ingredients. The service is also very good with staff that seem happy to be working there.
