Quay West Ballina in Ballina

Didn’t book but just called in with my wife daughter son Inlaw and grandson and there dog , we could not bring the dog in but they let us eat outside and brought out water for dog and turn one of the outside heaters on . The service was 5 star and the food was fabulous in fact it was so good we went the next evening again ( without the dog ) service was again fabulous. The outside area has heaters and the staff turn them on for us

The Quay West in Ballina has one of the best and nicest service I have ever experienced. The staff was very friendly and proactive. Food was very tasty. I had the vegetable soup and some fish and chips and my friend got the 10oz steak. If you’re going to Ballina you have to visit the Quay West. We really loved it!

Nice food and staff are very friendly but have to book table before hand but nobody answers either of the phone numbers on website could have given 5 stars otherwise

Beautiful food at a reasonable price

Lovely food prompt service nice staff. On a previous visit the portion sizes were very small but they seem to fixed this. Highly recommended 👌
