Raheen House Hotel in Clonmel

Myself and my wife had our wedding here in February 2026 and we could not have asked for a nicer venue. The staff were so helpful in planning our wedding with us, and looking after us on the day itself. Shania, Katie and Davie were amazing. The food was amazing quality; a lot of our guests commented it was the best wedding dinner they’d ever had. The decor on the day was beautiful too, and we love the old world manor aesthetic of the hotel. I can’t praise them highly enough. It’s a hidden gem in south Tipperary.

Lovely, comfortable, clean, relaxed and easy going hotel- nice old worldly themed building and cosy rooms with all the mod cons. Wonderful delicious food to be had there also, and the gardens and grounds are beautiful. The hotel staff and really nice too. Don't miss the breakfast!!

Went to lunch with colleagues. Usual Christmas fare. Nothing special. Staff v good.

Wonderful venue for Freddie White’s gig. Exceptional dinner and customer service. Breakfast was as good as the dinner. We shall return!

We had a 60 wedding anniversary last weekend for my mam and dad and from the moment we arrived we were treated very well well done to all the staff for making our evening so enjoyable

This place is a gem! The people are kind, the breakfast is delicious, and the country house accommodations are spacious and beautiful. Clonmel is a bustling little city in a fertile countryside dotted with remnants of medieval Ireland and holy wells that speak to much deeper history. You can get the bus from here to a number of beautiful sites and also to Limerick or Waterford if you wish. The trail along the meandering old river is a perfect place for a walk.

An old but still-remaining hotel, quiet and clean. It's within walking distance of Blueway and the center of Clonmel. The staff were courteous, and since I was traveling by bike, they provided a designated parking area. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, and the evening meal menu was excellent.
