First time dine in, the food was amazing the service was a bit behind. Complements to the chef and team. My wife and I had a dish with tiger prawns and lamb. Everything really tasted good. Very impressed with the size and I ended very satisfied.

Takeaway 10/10, restaurant 7/10. Food is always quality but the restaurant could do with a renovation. Staff aren’t exactly the friendliest either, especially considering the price

First time at this restaurant. Tasty food however a few things that weren’t on point for the price! The rice was very small portion and served lukewarm warm. Popadoms - €6.50 for 3 popadoms is overpriced and so were the mains at €25 each!!! Service was good but very quick for bringing the food out we were in and out in under an hour no time to relax. The food is tasty however can’t warrant €80 for one starter, two mains with rice and 1.5 popadums each!! And a coke and a Fanta. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Without question, some of the best Indian food I’ve had. As a consultant who has traveled to several countries, I’ve had the opportunity to dine at many Indian restaurants around the world. During the six months I was stationed in Cork, I visited Raj Gaylord numerous times and worked my way through much of the menu — every dish was consistently outstanding. The food is prepared with fresh ingredients, a perfect balance of spices, and great attention to detail. Master Chef Jaswant Singh, who hails from the Punjab region of India — a region renowned for its rich culinary traditions — clearly brings deep expertise and authenticity to the kitchen. The décor creates a warm and elegant atmosphere, and the service is truly five-star. Raj Gaylord is a standout dining destination in Cork and a must-visit for anyone who appreciates exceptional Indian cuisine.

Conway's Yard

08/01/2026: Great pub with traditional Irish music
06/01/2026: This is a lively pub, especially if you’re into live music—it’s definitely worth checking out. On weekends, it gets busy and energetic, with a great buzz. If you prefer a calmer, more relaxed evening, weekdays are the way to go. The place itself is huge, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, so there’s usually space no matter when you visit.
