Place was cold but staff v nice

The staff were amazing and took the time to explain different dishes to my sons and helped them get the perfect ice cream swirl on their ice cream cone. The food was delicious and in general my family had an amazing experience thanks to the wonderful staff.

Compliments to the chef! The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the money. However some members of staff were completely rude and condescending. It was not appreciated as there was no instruction of what to do. We realised after a few minutes that you had to order at the counter rather than wait for a menu.Some of the servers were very sweet and helpful and I understand at a busy time it can be stressful but it's no excuse for treating customers rudely.

Delicious food, big portions, enough to bring home leftovers and self serve ice cream with each meal.

Took the children here to celebrate the end of term yesterday and a friend met us here with her children. We booked table and arrived 20 min late due to crazy traffic and finding parking. The manager ( lady with purple hair) was extremely unpleasant about us coming late, event though I apologised and explained the reason. I couldn't call the restaurant as I was driving. She was very unpleasant the whole time to everyone around. The food was lovely and the blonde beautiful girl at the till was really nice. The manager refused to give another ice-cream cone to my children after I cracked their cone accidentally. The kids found their courage to go to the counter and ask for another cone themselves and she just sternly said "nope". That's plain mean after our table just spent near a hundred eur on the food there. The cost of the cone is what 10 cent? I had to go and ask for it myself. She shouted at me and my friend to supervise the kids at the ice-cream machine so it's not all over the floor. The children were well behaved and didn't cause any mess to warrant that kind of resentment towards them. What was supposed to be a happy occasion was turned sour by the disgruntled manager. The place was busy with young people celebrating the end of term and she was barking at everyone. Shame really. Won't be in a hurry to come back.

To say i have witnessed it all is an understatement. I have met the new manager of the business and she is amazing patient, kind and tolerates alot from the younger members of her customers. I have witnessed this week her been threatened and told they would get her fired from what I can see there is no reason... this poor manager has taken a beating everytime I'm here she takes abuse from both staff and customers and she smiles and pushed forward. And as for her accompanying staff they leave very little to be desired 1 girl in particular long hair and thin, she has to be the most foul mouthed girl i have ever seen, cursing talking about other customers.. ramen has only 1 blessing and it is your front of house. I don't like bullies and I won't have a stinking lie told and put sombodys career at risk. This manager is imperative to the ramen team im sure im not the only 1. Please don't hesitate to call me or email me i would happily come in and meet with owners. This girl deserves an award not to be intimidated by any adult or made to feel she is wrong. And also I'm here everyday for lunch and she is something I look forward to. Sarah Morris

Food is just so delish...sooo love it my favourite take out food .. curry's here r just d best I've ever had..service is really good and staff are just so lovely in every way.. a fab experience here at Ramen .. highly recommended ❤️

I was at Ramen with my family today. The food was just perfect. It was fresh and flavourful. The portion sizes are huge. If you come out of there hungry there is something wrong. My 9 yr old also highly recommend the kids sweet and sour. The staff that were working there were just lovely and so helpful. I highly recommend a visit and if I lived anywhere near by I would be eating there every day.

Food is great, people working there are amazing. Definitely a place to visit!
