Red earth is exellent place ,has huge garden on the side ,ideal for families with kids, quiet place ,pure enjoy. Food is good , service is good ,what else can you ask for ?

I love this place have been may times started during lockdown as we brought the dogs at sat outside In the garden area. Everything is great parking might be a challenge at peak times but never for us

It feels a bit like a little sister of Avoca ;) The same vibe, but still quite a long way to go to reach the same level. Overall it's pretty good, nice pastries, and tasty coffee. The shop part is very pretty, you can find a lot of interesting pieces there.

Ilia Restsurant

13/06/2026: Lunch stop on our way through town. We had chicken wraps (1 Cajun & 1 sweet and sour). They were both full with chicken and salad and very tasty. Service was lovely and very friendly, despite being quite busy.
31/01/2026: Ilia is our go to spot in Mullingar! Great food, nice chill atmosphere very reasonable price & lovely staff! Can confidently say i’ve never been disappointed would definitely recommend!!
