Great atmosphere and very welcoming. Didn't have food, so couldn't rate it, but if it was the same as everything else, it was fab. Spent every evening of our holiday there !

The Reel Inn is the only place to go to when in Donegal town. The people are amazing, friendly and the music! You can’t ask for a better place to enjoy Irish culture.

Proper locals pub, no thrills, and a nice outdoor area out the back. live music was on and was very good. I had a few Guinness in Donegal, and I thought this was the best pint.

Fantastic little pub for experiencing traditional Irish music and great Guinness in Donegal. We went both nights that we stayed in Donegal. Would highly recommend.

Had a couple of pints in here yesterday afternoon. Small enough bar and gets really busy when music is on. Good atmosphere.

14/06/2025: Lovely Ploughman's, and they allow dogs inside, almost unheard of in Ireland. I don't know why such a dog loving country is so anti-dog in their cafes

16/04/2025: The soup was really nice and the decor of the place is quite cute, great variety of deserts. The half sandwich with fries and soup was really worth it.
07/04/2025: The food here is really good. A very good breakfast with lovely roasted potatoes. Had lunch once really good homemade food. Very friendly staff.
