This is the best pub in Dublin! I have never seen such friendly staff in my life! The long wait was part of the fun,and the food was worth it! Would definitely recommend!

I always have an amazing experience at revels. A great guinness, the pub garden has great vibes, especially when the sun is out, and their pub quiz is so fun. I’ve been for both food and drinks and have never been disappointed. Also a big thanks to their staff, especially Siobhán, who always make the experience super enjoyable :))

Atmosphere is amazing. Went with the steak sandwich and it was pretty good. I recommend this for a lunch/dinner as the portions are pretty big and filling.

23/10/2026: Fish and chips to go. This snack bar exudes the rich history that surrounds it. The two owners took their time and had a few witty remarks ready. The portion was very large; the chips were almost impossible to finish. The price was around €17 for an exceptional experience. If you want fish and chips in Dublin, I recommend this one.
23/10/2026: I love eating fish and chips and I really wanted to like these fish and chips, given its reputation and reviews, however I’m sad to say that I was very disappointed. The batter of the fish was stodgy and the chips didn’t have much flavour. The portions were good - especially the chips, but sadly I didn’t finish them

17/10/2026: Nicest food what I ever had in whole Ireland. Absolutely delicious!!!
20/09/2026: Got a table @ 6.30 yesterday evening and was requested to have it back within an hour. Didn't mind that so much as we only planned on having a main course. Food arrived very quickly & was nice enough, expensive for what you get. I had substituted my potatoe for a different type of potaotoe dish & my husband had a pasta dish. The waitress asked if we needed anything & my husband asked for parmezan. When we got the bill we were charged extra for the parmezan & change of potatoes which we felt was a bit cheeky. Put me off and wouldn't be rushing back. Valerie
