I was literally about to give them 5 out of 5 but I rang for room service and the girl told me we cant bring steak to the room. Chickens aloud but not steak. Jesus They brought the steak to the room so changed my rating. It is a great hotel

Pillow was very uncomfortable. Woke up with a very bad neck pain. Very loud banging throughout the night.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming and excellent quality food was exceptional 👌

Stayed in the hotel for one night, we were attending the abbaesque event. Really nice hotel the decor is very subtle and cosy. We had lunch in the bar which was half a panini, half a bowl of soup crisps and side salad all very reasonably priced and delicious. In the evening we had a early dinner again in the bar before the show. The staff were run off there feet it was madly bus. It's at this point that I have to mention a young man called Conor, who was excellent at his job. He had served us at lunch and was very personable and pleasant. In the evening when we got our dinner order we were left short one portion of chips. I mentioned it to a waitress but she never came back to us however, Conor came over and asked if we were ok. I said we were left short a portion of chips. He disappeared into the kitchen and arrived back almost straight away with the missing portion. Excellent service from this young man. The room was very tastefully decorated and the bed was comfy and clean. The only thing I noticed was that the grout in the shower was quite dirty in some parts which I only really noticed because everywhere else was absolutely spotless.we went down for breakfast at 9.30 and it was packed there were some overflow tables in the area outside the restaurant but overall it was a bit chaotic I think on extremely busy mornings they should use the bar beside the restaurant as overflow seating. All in all we had a good time and would definitely stay again the abba night was very well organized and really enjoyable after the show we went back to the bar where there was a really good solo male singer, he was very entertaining and had a wide range of songs to suit everyone's taste

Lovely hotel, very attentive staff. Lovely facilities, although it might be an idea to advertise the swimming lesson times so guests can avoid these as there’s not a lot of room in the pool. Apart from that a lovely setting, fantastic amenities and very welcoming.

The food was good but we had gnats flying around us and our food. That was a problem with our gastronomic experience. The service was great but the gnats were miserable.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and it didn't dissapoint. We had to book so we had a pre meal drink at the bar. Food here was very good. I had a lovely salmon dish. Service was good and the restaurant has a lovely cosy vibe. Will definitely return.
