Friendly staff...high quality service

Lovely riverside walk at the entrance staff were great and the hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Only gripe was the TV in the room was constantly pixelating on rte channel

Lovely family hotel, very spacious rooms-ideal for bigger families or groups of friends. Bathroom was ok but could do with some upgrades. Bar food was lovely but the steak house was average with slow service. Decent breakfast selection with hot breakfast to order. Lovely pool with exceptional shower and changing area- towels a little on the small side though.

We had a wonderful stay in a family room on the 3rd floor. The room was beautiful and perfect for my toddler to play. The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also really appreciated the convenient access to refill the water jug just outside the room. Lovely pool and super safe kids pool. The only minor downside was that the room felt a little hot for me personally, but it cooled down nicely once I opened the window. I went with my son for a meal watching the football at the same time this Sunday but I have to say the waiter,little, small young girl wearing glasses absolutely 💯 manners, we'll done,very friendly always smiling, kind,fair play to her and well done again and again 👏

Had a beautiful meal in the Moorings restaurant. The staff and service was fantastic. The starters were very nice if a little bit small. Only 4 prawns for a tenner, my main course was lovely, I had the sea bass, but my wife’s meal was poor. The braised steak was well over cooked and it tasted slimy. My wife had the pavlova and it tasted like shop bought meringue and it was only okay. Won’t be going back again for a while. Things will have to improve.

The food was good but we had gnats flying around us and our food. That was a problem with our gastronomic experience. The service was great but the gnats were miserable.

We so enjoyed our date night here, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, rustic but elegant. The staff are so attentive and friendly they are a credit to your business. The food was devine! The caesar salad was the best I've ever had and the steak mains were cooked to perfection for both my husband and myself. The desserts were gorgeous the caramel ice cream deserves a mention as that was the nicest ice cream we have ever had it was delicious. It was my birthday (my husband just mentioned it when I was picking a wine) and the chef make a beautiful dessert plate for my birthday and just gave the whole experience that extra special touch. Highly recommend a meal here it really is something special. Thanks so much
