Riverside Park Hotel & Leisure Club in Enniscorthy

Had a beautiful meal in the Moorings restaurant. The staff and service was fantastic. The starters were very nice if a little bit small. Only 4 prawns for a tenner, my main course was lovely, I had the sea bass, but my wife’s meal was poor. The braised steak was well over cooked and it tasted slimy. My wife had the pavlova and it tasted like shop bought meringue and it was only okay. Won’t be going back again for a while. Things will have to improve.

Have to give a shout out to all the staff. Myself and my partner stayed over for a night. It was super busy when we got there with a match on and Sunday lunch in full swing. There was no space in the main bar so a young man brought us through to where they had opened up a function room and bar and put the match on a big screen. Staff were flat out but were still flying through orders and clearing up and were super polite and friendly. All the staff from reception, bar, to the leisure centre were lovely & super helpful. Locations great (beside the river & short walk into town), rooms are nice & clean. Great spot for a getaway 10/10.

Wonderful hotel, excellent food and nice atmosphere with live music and live sport on the large screens. Fan for heating is annoying during the night. The location by the River is quaint. The highlight for us was Kyleigh our host at breakfast. She welcomed us with warmth and humour and made the experience memorable.

We had asked for a triple room, we needed 3 single beds. Arrived to find a double and a single bed. There were only two cups for tea/coffee and two glasses for water . The bathroom also had two glasses and two sets of towels. Bit of a nuisance having to request the extras. It's a busy family hotel and the children are welcomed and catered for, it includes a big playground outside. We had bar food during the day, this was lovely but we didn't get to try the restaurants as we hadn't booked and both were full. Would stay again but would know to book dinner in advance. Staff are lovely, very friendly and breakfast was delicious.

We go to the bar a lot for a coffee or to eat something light. The food is good but it would be good if they renewed the menu or included more options. Remember that it is the only place to have a coffee after 6 pm

Beautiful hotel - thoroughly recommend

We went to see The three amigos in concert and we were very impressed with the hotel...lovely decor, even in the toilets! And nice atmosphere 👌 good car parking too.

The food was good but we had gnats flying around us and our food. That was a problem with our gastronomic experience. The service was great but the gnats were miserable.

We so enjoyed our date night here, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, rustic but elegant. The staff are so attentive and friendly they are a credit to your business. The food was devine! The caesar salad was the best I've ever had and the steak mains were cooked to perfection for both my husband and myself. The desserts were gorgeous the caramel ice cream deserves a mention as that was the nicest ice cream we have ever had it was delicious. It was my birthday (my husband just mentioned it when I was picking a wine) and the chef make a beautiful dessert plate for my birthday and just gave the whole experience that extra special touch. Highly recommend a meal here it really is something special. Thanks so much
