Had a lovely breakfast experience this morning. Rihanna was especially kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout — she really made the start of our day feel special. The service was friendly and efficient, and everything was handled with a smile. Thank you, Rihanna!

Had a great two nights staying here. Room was clean. We had dinner both nights and the menu was excellent with plenty of gluten free options. The food was really good and we ended up having to share a dessert as we were too full to tackle one each. Leisure centre was very good. All facilities were very clean. Breakfast was excellent both mornings. Brilliant gluten free menu for breakfast as well. A really nice touch was listening to the manager and staff talk to and behave with their newest team member Aaron at breakfast. They were top class in how they explained how to carry out his jobs. He then would go about his work with great diligence. I've no doubt Aaron will go on to excel in his new post and be a great addition to the hotel team. Thank you to Riverside for giving this young man this opportunity. Top class!!!

Have spent 4 days in the Hotel as part of a retired group of 23 . Great location near the town and places of interest. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a great choice of food and the best thing was it was served ,no queuing for tea and coffee while your breakfast goes cold it was a pleasure to dine there. Dinners in the dining room were part of our package and were very enjoyable. I did not use the leisure centre but people who did enjoyed it.

We went away for a girls trip. 32 people for dinner and drinks. And we all stayed. Beautiful hotel, amazing food and lovely staff. Can't fault them at all Service was exceptional.

Food and staff were fantastic, in particular all the waiting and bar staff in The Prom Bar. Hotel a little dated in places but you definitely get quality service at a very reasonable price.

Fish and chips is very good there.

We stayed for a two night weekend family break with our support dog for our son. From booking, checking in and the restaurant, one thing that was so consistent, the super friendly and always helpful staff. The location and facilities were amazing. Thanks to everyone that made our weekend one to remember. We can't wait for another opportunity to go back.
