Incredible burgers. There is genuinely a world-class chef hiding in the small kitchen they have back there, I'm sure of it. Due to said small kitchen, you'll be waiting a bit longer than usual, but I simply cannot overstate just how worth it the wait is. I might visit this town more often just because of this restaurant.

House Black Beef Burger was amazing. I was very glad we decided to have dinner here. We went without reservations so had to wait a little while, but it was worth the wait.

18/09/2025: Breakfast was top-notch Food in the bar was very good Good location Well-organized business, close to the Middleton Distilleries ;-) Plenty of parking available
16/09/2025: This is a nicely updated hotel. The rooms are a great size. The rooms have windows that open which is a lovey change to central heating or air. The room had a fan, we did not need it as its september but a nice addition if anyone gets too warm at night. The bathroom was clean, modern, seems like they have been recently updated. The shower was a good tempeture after a minute or two but took a bit of adjusting. The bed and bedding was comfy and white and clean. The leisure centre is well maintained. The sauna and steam room are a bit busy in mornings and evenings. Pool is clean and great for a quick swim

31/08/2025: Great restaurant in Midleton. We were visiting for a wedding, and this catered to our large group of 10. Had lots of vegetarian and vegan options, and food was really delicious. There's even a play area for kids.
