Rock Bingo in Cork

04/09/2024: We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food tasted amazing at a reasonable price.

01/08/2024: A terrific dinner in very smart surroundings - beautiful chicken curry and a hake dish (special of the day). Lovely cocktail too. Very well presented and the service was personable and charming. My reason for not giving 5* was I was in the restaurant later for a drink, and saw what looked like a manager (possibly of the hotel or the restaurant) confront two staff in an insulting and rude way for talking to one another whilst there was a lull in the service (it was around 10pm so the area was pretty quiet), clearly ordering them to get back to work, as they immediately walked away from each other afterwards. I could not see exactly what was said but could hear him raise his voice in a rude way. This was unprofessional, and they looked shaken and upset afterwards. I would not want my manager to speak to me like that, and this ended the evening on a bad note.
