Lovely pastries, filled baguettes, and coffee. They also have a great selection of wine and ready meals to take home. Great place to grab a coffee and sandwich and have breakfast in herbert park next door.

I was here a few weeks ago for a family lunch (12 people) and was quite disappointed. As usual, I got the prawns, which were good as always but what really stood out was the service. My father-in-law asked a waitress what she would recommend from 3 options, and her reply was "whatever you prefer", sort of missing the point of the question. Food was slow to arrive and meals came out at completely different times. It had been my wife's birthday a few days earlier and we had brought a cake with us. On arrival, we gave it to staff, who brought it out as requested at the end of the meal. When we asked for it to be cut, the waitress brought it back to the kitchen. Twenty minutes later when we had to leave for another appointment, the cake still hadn't arrived. We saw the waitress on the way out, who got irate when we mentioned it and said it would be out soon. Not great.

Rolys is superb in every way. They accomodated us at 9pm on a Friday night when we had no reservation.(Thank You).The super friendly staff excellent food and fab choices makes this place a real find. Very much worth a visit. We will be back!!

Had dinner a few days before Christmas with my wife & 93 year old father.
First Class food and service. The staff were exceptional and really made the extra effort with my Dad. Really great to see this level of service still exists.

Coffee reasonably priced too.
But lads, the service honestly. Staff are friendly but a lot of the times you can be waiting ages to be served for coffee. Either there is not enough staff on or they are just under pressure with people in the restaurant.
I have walked out a few times because nobody was able to service…not a reflection on staff manners as they are. My advice to management/owners is ensure staff man the coffee checkout for customers.

Arrived in Dublin on a Sunday night and met up with a colleague for a nice dinner. And it was NICE. The ambiance was cosy and although it was full, we were able to talk about business over a beautiful bottle of wine from the extensive choices of wine. We were the last to leave and they were very patient with us. Note to self, restaurants close early so plan dinner time early enough.
