Romanos in Nenagh

Got pizza last night, amazing! Light and crispy, not doughy. Loved the caramelised onions. Felt like I was in Italy!

It was a great chipper before but now with the new pizza oven and fresh ingredients it's amazing. Simple margarita is heads and shoulders above any other chipper even close to Nenagh, . Please do not change a thing about it .

Just tried the pizza from their new oven. Wow! You can really taste the difference. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a subtle wood fired flavor that takes everything up a notch. Toppings stayed hot and bubbly, the cheese was unreal and stretchy and the whole pizza had that fresh, straight from the oven feel. Definitely a great upgrade. If I could give it more that five stars I definitely would!

Great authentic Italian food made fresh when ordered. The quaint off the beaten path location makes for an intimate dining experience.

Enjoyed a fabulous meal for 4 adults here,2 steaks,a lasagne & a pizza.No complaints,food was top notch.Also had 3 desserts,creme brulee,tiramisu & banoffi pie. First visit,will go again.Lovely atmosphere,music from the Godfather playing,chianti bottles as candle holders,all very atmospheric! Great service from the chef who also served us! Highly recommend.A complimentery shot offered for the birthday boy and dessert with candle also,well done!
