Absolutely outstanding service and food as usual. Easily my number one choice for food when in Navan. Had the short rib potato starter with beef and chilli, so tasty, followed by the Thai curry. Friend had the zesty tiger prawns which were cooked perfectly and a nice big size. Highly recommend Room 8. Can't wait to return.

We went there for a family lunch and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever been to. The owner and family members were superb hosts and the food was the most delicious and unique tastes ever. Sensibly priced with foods to suit all tastes. I don’t often be on trip advisor but simply had to on this occasion I am a complete passing stranger

Great menu with plenty of choice for all six of us. Food was exceptionally tasty across the board. Friendly and attentive service. All in all a great celebration meal. Only negative was a very cold draught meaning some kept their coats on.

14/07/2025: Solid restaurant in Navan and really nice staffs here. Recommend getting fajitas. It’s a show stopper and tastes amazing. No dessert photo but lemon tart was absolutely gorgeous as well. Staff was smiling and checking in with us throughout the time. A lot of family events on the day we were there so it was hard to chat or hear.
16/06/2025: Excellent food with great service excellent 3 course early bird menu. Great variety of choice and extra specials. Great interior with spacious seating.

09/07/2025: The wait staff at The Round O is on another level! Absolutely lovely, attentive servers who were more than happy to be asked questions about the menu and check with the kitchen for any allergy issues. We were a large group and everything was handled quickly and professionally. I’m not sure if it’s in Ireland as a whole, but the steaks here seemed to be typically a little overcooked. I asked for medium-rare, and it seemed to be cooked to medium. Still edible, but much more dry than I would have hoped. And another in our party ordered medium and was very upset when he was cooked closer to well-done. The steaks were delicious either way, but just be aware when you’re ordering.
