When the manager proclaimed to us that “everything you see is a masterpiece” we knew we were in for a special occasion. No less than 8 minutes after placing our huge order, the titular fry master arrived at our table to deliver a tray laden with greasy delights. The pizza was cheesy and crunchy, the fish was crispy and rich, and the chips were fluffy and still sizzling from the deep fat fryer. The star of the show was the curry sauce which was deeply consequential. I visit here in my dreams
