Lovely place. Great staff and great food !

Fantastic restaurant - I was there on Sat night with a party of 8 - we really had a great time - the waitresses were French and warm and friendly, service was excellent, menu was simple, wine was recommended and lovely, food fantastic, guy playing the piano was lovely, atmosphere was upbeat and lively - and the value was remarkable - we regretted afterwards not leaving a bigger tip - sorry - such was our satisfaction with the night. Thank you Rouge for looking after us so well. we will be back.

A taste of France in the heart of Galway 🌟 They use Irish beef 🥩- incredible steak! I went for the blue cheese sauce 🧀 and it was so rich and creamy. The portion of chips 🍟 is HUGE! Also the amuse bouche had a range of tasty treats like battered courgette pieces and potato croquettes 😋

Fantastic food, the atmosphere was really great and staff very friendly. The surprise mixed starters where absolutely fantastic, cozy atmosphere, it got busy in the evening but not noisy in a way that was uncomfortable. Easy to have a conversation etc.

Food was great. Servers seem to be both short handed and not paying attention. There’s a balance between being left alone to enjoy a meal and being forgotten about. We had to pass on desert and coffee after waiting 30 minutes … and had to walk up to the cash register to pay our bill so we could leave for our walk back to our hotel.

Excellent dishes, everyone is nice. Highly recommended

The only slight downside was that it was sometimes a little difficult to hear each other, as the piano and live music encouraged people to speak louder to be heard.

Delicious food, lovely staff and great atmosphere

Vino por recomendación de un agente de viajes escocés y estuvo a la altura de las expectativas. Buen aspecto y ambiente estilo bistró. Pequeño menú del día con generoso aperitivo del chef como entrada. Filetes de alta calidad y cocinados a la perfección y servidos con una generosa guarnición a elección. Vinos Francés por copa y botella (tomamos Pinot Noir de Pay's D'Oc) de buena calidad. Buena selección de postres y helados. Personal amable aunque un poco caótico al principio, por eso le doy 4 estrellas en lugar de 5. Vale la pena visitarlo cuando estés en Galway.
