The pub was very quiet on the night that I visited. The lager was cheap at 6.00 e and the barman was a really nice fellow who offerred to go next door to the supermarket to get me some crisps which they did not sell. Great place to watch sport with 3 televisions available.

Kenmare Ice Cream

01/09/2025: I wanted to give 3 stars, but my husband very much enjoyed his three flavors of ice cream. Server wasn't very interactive at all, didn't seem like customer service was her job. I had espresso (very good) and salted caramel (very soft, almost soupy). I chose the unique 2 sided cone, which was cute in presentation, but was stale and had a bad taste--definitely not the way to finish off dessert.
09/07/2025: Very reasonable for locally made icecream. Great selection of flavours and lovely staff. I’m from Kenmare and my daughter loves trips here for a scoop
