Wow! What a find. My wife and I had been looking for quality pour over coffees during our trip and found Dan at Rover. He was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing his love for coffee.

Worth a stop if you like nice third wave coffees

God tier coffee, superb setup and the selection to buy is fantastic. This has become my single source for coffee beans at home but when I am in Sligo I never pass with out getting an incredible brew.

Amazingly friendly staff, great coffee and a sexy weber grinder oh my gosh 😍🫠. Only minus was that my coffee was in a paper cup. I always feel like the coffee doesn't get the chance to shine in a paper cup, maybe just preferences.

Best flat white & pour over we’ve had in Ireland!

This is a coffee lover's coffee roaster. Super friendly and enthusiastic lads working here, and the coffee and design are top notch. These guys offer the most interesting coffees I've tried in Eire so far. Rich, complex, and wide-ranging smells and tastes. I love daily coffee, especially those rare, radical, funky roasts. Most high end coffee roasters, tho excellent, are so similar in taste. It's great to encounter exceptionally expressive offerings. I wish I could find coffee like Rover's El Diviso roasts more often. Spend money here!

Top coffee spot for coffee lovers. Three espressos and a multitude of filter options. The home roasted Kenyan espresso was one of the best I’ve had in Ireland! Very very tasty stuff and passionate staff.
