My friends and I ate here on Sunday afternoon and really enjoyed the meal. There was plenty and it tasted great. The staff were also very helpful, efficient and we did not have to wait long for our food. Would eat here again in the future.

Food is always exceptional here whether you eat in the restaurant or get a takeaway. I love the view of The Lough from the balcony window.Staff are really nice & service is very good. Couldn't fault anything about this place.

The Courtyard on Sober Lane

06/05/2025: Large beer garden, designed for large numbers, with a big screen showing football. Only ate chips - but they were lovely, and plenty for two.
01/05/2025: What an odd place…drinks must be bought at the bar but not the food. Service was spotty at best, it was almost like we were an inconvenience. Who runs out of lettuce? Sorry but tourist drop LOTS of $ into your economy are happy to do it… making them confused isn’t welcoming. Food was very tasty and the crowd around us was lively.

Main Street Kinsale

10/10/2024: Great traditional session when we were there. We got a table with a local and outlasted him to close it down! Find out when they have a session night and go!
30/09/2024: A local bar in Kinsale with Irish music. Did not eat there but went for the music and fun with our fellow travelers. It was a good evening.
