Rozzers Restaurant in Aghadoe

I had a fantastic four-night stay here with my partner and cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The check-in was incredibly easy and speedy, and the warm check-out perfectly wrapped up our trip. When booking, we were initially concerned about being away from the main tourist area in Killarney, but as soon as we arrived, we knew we had made the absolute best choice. The hotel is wonderfully quaint and situated in a quiet area, which provided the most beautiful, calm ambience when sitting outside. We used the hotel as our home base for various day trips, and every single return to the hotel felt like being welcomed home. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and we loved having the variety of both bar and finer dining options available. A huge thank you to the staff, who went above and beyond with their hospitality with Jersey and Iggy who were especially great and made our stay extra special. If you are considering booking this hotel, do not worry for a second about it not being right in the center of town; honestly, that is its biggest perk! We would definitely recommend this to anyone, and we can’t wait to come back.

Just 10 minutes from downtown Killarney, the Killeen House provided a quiet and convenient location for our three night stay. We had drives of less than an hour to Tralee and Ballbunion golf courses. Sheila makes a great margaritas (not a traditional Irish drink, I know, but after so many pints of Guinness...). Jersey provided both good drinks and great conversation into the wee hours. The food was tremendous as well, both for breakfast and dinner.

The Killeen House gave our group a high-class, one of a kind experience. Rozzers restaurant offered excellent breakfast and dinner menus with dishes to die for. The rooms were charming and comfortable. The outdoor grounds of the estate were pristine with a grass patio and breathtaking view. The best part of the experience was the hospitality from the staff its self. Highlighting brothers Xhersi and Egli. Two extremely impressive young men who single-handedly elevated my families experience in a multitude of different ways. Both of which showed humility and professionalism. A kind that simply can’t be taught. Overall The Killeen House was a memorable experience that my family and I will never forget. I’d give it 500 stars if I could.

A perfect hotel! We had such a great stay here and the team there were so lovely!! We’d got engaged the day before we arrived and they brought us a drink to celebrate and had made the bed so lovely, thank you. The breakfast was amazing and it was an ideal location. It’s not far from Killarney town centre and we actually just caught the bus from down the road to pop in which was very easy. Would definitely come back again!

This is a wonderful hotel in a quiet picturesque location s minutes drive from Killarney and the Ring of Kerry. The main building dates from the 1840s and was the priory (I believe) for the beautiful church across the road. We stayed 2 nights in a spacious and spotless room in the new wing behind the main building. The superb staff was extremely professional and attentive - perhaps the best I've ever experienced.

Impossible to fault anything about our stay, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left everything was perfect. First off the staff absolute professionals, they made us feel like this was the hundredth time we'd visited and were old friends (and by the time we left we genuinely felt like we were). The building itself was impeccable, there was not one single thing out of place, not one item was in need of repair, not one thing that didn't work, looked shabby or had just been put down until someone gets back to it. You can just tell that this is a place that is run by people who really do care and it shows in every aspect of the stay. This is the type of place we'd come back to every year if we lived around this part of the world.

An absolutely perfect stay with Killeen House. Jersey, Egli, Seamus, Roy and Elaine made our stay so incredibly memorable with their exceptional service and they made us feel like family from the moment we walked in the door. We spent a week here celebrating our honeymoon and I could not recommend this place more. It’s best if you’re visiting with a car but there is a nearby bus and the staff will happily call a taxi if you need to get anywhere. The food in the fine dining restaurant was unbelievably good and they went out of their way with my husband to pull out a few extra special things during it to make it even more memorable. The bar food is equally as delicious in a more casual setting and drinking in the bar playing cards is one of the best ways to end a busy day adventuring. We will be visiting Killeen House for years to come and can’t wait to get back!
