RusticBoowa in Tralee

Absolutely adore this wonderful gem of a restaurant! The plant based egg sambos are just delicious. The soups ..the Beany one or the Cauliflower offering are just so hearty and made from scratch. Love also that we can bring our four leggeds that sit quietly at our feet while we done! Well done Rustic Boowa.. the place to visit in Tralee.

Monday 11th November is Polish Independence Day and one of our traditions in my city of Poznań is eating special croissants with white poppy seeds filling. We managed to order them this year from Rustic Boowa in Tralee!!! To say they were amazing is an understatement! The taste and richness of the ingredients made us feel at home ❤️ This is a family business and you can see that they put love into everything they do. The best coffee in town, not to mention their delicious treats. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to revisit, whether to try another dish or simply enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommended for coffee lovers and foodies alike! Order anything and you won't be disappointed.

I have had the pleasure of eating in Rustic Boowa on a number of occasions, in Tralee and in Ardfert. The food is absolutely gorgeous. I have had a variety of the foods they serve, to name a few - the baked porridge, the breakfast muffins, the scones , the quiche, the salads, the boowas, carrot cake and my husbands absolute favourite 'the rafaello cake'. We have never been disappointed. The coffee that is served is excellent, flavoursome and very satisfying. Staff are friendly and efficient and always make you feel welcome and are very appreciative of your custom. A big thank you to Grace who served us on many occasions in Ardfert.

Had the pleasure of eating lunch here a few months ago. When i had to return for a meeting at KUH, I asked the staff to prepare some treats for me to bring along to the staff at the Emergency Department…they were fabulous! So helpful….with only one day’s notice. Wished that I lived closer so I could visit more often! Food is top quality and the creativity is a nice departure from traditional croissants, scones, etc.
