Wonderful soup and brown bread. Felt like home made soup. Great friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We had a delicious turkey and ham dinner in Ryan's. Huge portions, but it was such a gorgeous meal. Would definitely go back. Very reasonably priced too.

Good place for food and drinks. Lovely for a nights out, there’s a tv if a match or race is on. They had a lovely deal for cocktail on this day. Worth trying out if you’re ever in town.

Large bar in town that now seems to be food led which has contributed to a drop in the atmosphere in the place. Standard selection of beers, diner style food selection (burger, wings etc). Busy for a Friday lunchtime.

Ryans Bar and lounge is a bright, comfortable, spacious venue with large screens, perfect for sports. Great service by friendly staff.

12/11/2025: I was there today to get a takeaway. The order was 2 small milkshakes, 2 cod portions, a small chip and a large chain. The charge was €32.40 He took €35 from me and I asked for a receipt which he gave me but without any change. Way too costly for a takeaway
28/10/2025: A chip shop and take away since 1960 food is good enough
