We booked a weekend at Ryan’s Daughter and absolutely loved it. The rooms were very warm and spacious. The host Gary was amazing and made us feel right at home. The breakfast each morning was incredibly delicious and a great touch. This place is in a great spot and was very convenient. Would 100% recommend this to anyone and we will definitely be back.

First time in cafe,spotless clean ,great value menu,scone ,coffee,toasted special sandwich top notch! Very nice waitresses. Decor old style lovely atmosphere.. Highly recommended.

05/07/2025: Nothing special. The same as every other Supermac's
10/06/2025: I usually go early in the the day. The place is busy for the before lunch time rush. The staff are great and I love when they bring the food to me. There's always a good helping of chips to satisfy me. They are better than most burger joints you'd find in Ireland. I love the ice cold soft drink as well.

19/05/2024: Really loved this restaurant-booked it last minute and didn’t have time to check it out too much but I was really impressed with the Ambience, the staff and most definitely the food! The food was next level and I absolutely adored it especially the goats cheese starter. All round excellent experience and it made a very enjoyable evening.
17/04/2024: If you find yourself in Thurles, Tipperary, then please give Mitchell House a try. We had Sunday lunch for my Mother-in-Law’s birthday, a group of about 15. The restaurant dining room was clean and light setting a warm ambience. The service was excellent and only outdone by the food. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, always making sure glasses were full. The food was excellent and served in good time considering the size of our party. Overall, a great place to visit and good value for money.
