Salsa is a delightful, authentic Mexican food.l restaurant. Fresh Horchata (traditional Mexican drink) never disappoints. The owners are fantastic trio - polite, warm, welcoming and happy to help. The food speaks for itself. Freshly prepared, bursting with flavour and plenty of it. My number one go to for food when I am in Galway. My wife loves it too. I just had my usual - their delicious 'Gringa Barbacoa'. Today is their second anniversary. I wish you continued success, Salsa. Saludos, John

Fantastic Mexican food! Me and my friends ate here twice on our trip to Galway. This will definitely be a regular spot to eat on my trips to Galway now.

Yesterday i went to celebrate the Mexican independence day eating the pozole ❤️and I have to say, like a Mexican I am, it was soo good, and the two Mexican guys working there they are soo nice and kind, I felt in Mexico. Greetings to the guys who served us.

Next time I would like to try Pastor's tacos with Chipotle sauce. I'm not sure whether to make flour tortillas or corn flour!

Delicious food! Roasted sweet potato on the nachos is to die for. Staff are so nice, really helpful and patient especially when ordering for the first time.

The best place in Galway if you want to taste real Mexican tacos and no Texmex. I also love the dessert Cariño🤤

Me and my friends went there this past weekend and OMG! WHAT A DELICIOUS EXPERIENCE 🤩 We ordered Torta al Pastor, Barbacoa Tacos and Alambre and EVERY DISH WAS TASTY AND SO GOOD! Our favourite Mexican place in Galway! The service was also AMAZING! Kudos to the chef that made us try an amazing DESSERT: Cariño! Deep fried tortilla filled with strawberries and chocolate TRY IT!!!!

This is my first time in Salsa and I was delighted with their food and all Mexican flavors… the Alambre al Pastor is so delicious then I tried tacos with beef 🤤 I couldn’t stop eating them… all the sauces 👌🏼 delicious! The staff definitely made my experience even better, they were always smiling, very kind and willing to explain me what I didn’t know about their menu. Next time I travel to Galway Salsa will be a must to visit. Gracias chicos!
