Lots of very special, handmade and local beers (Galway Bay Brewery) on tap. All of those we tried were really good. Nice staff and diverse crowd. Good place to meet people.

During my time in Galway I frequented the Salt House, enjoying it's welcoming bartenders, soulful live music, and overall vibe. Out of all the pubs visited during my travels, this was easily my favorite.

My favorite bar in Galway! The selection of draft beer is impeccable, something for everyone. At good price too. The inside was really nice and the weather was brilliant so we were all hanging out by the creek outside. The Bar staff were friendly and knew a lot about what they were serving. The crowd forming were interesting people to be around and talk to. Dog friendly, lots of cute dogs in the group. This will be an essential stop in Galway next time we visit.

14/08/2026: A truly fantastic experience. Everything flowed smoothly, they were very accommodating given my wife's pregnancy and prepared dishes accordingly. The menu costs €175 per person, but it's reasonable for the quality.
22/07/2026: A unique experience not to be missed. Impeccable service and incredible food. 5-star plus all round.

24/07/2026: Fantastic Food and Great Team! The pizzas here are absolutely delicious! The service is brilliant, and the entire restaurant is very clean with a lovely, accurate decor. The only negative point is the waiting time, especially during the weekends. However, it is clear that the long wait is simply due to their massive success and how incredibly good the pizzas are! The team works exceptionally hard and does their absolute best, both inside the restaurant and managing the kids' area. Highly recommended, just get there early on weekends!
