Great local with friendly bar staff, good place to grab some pub grub

Went on Tuesday night in January and the place was pretty empty. Had chicken wings and it was a huge portion. Food was good though. When we finished the waitress teased us with the dessert menu. We can't say no especially since she already laid down the cutlery for dessert. Had the cheesecake, which was Nutella and coconut, which was light for dessert . Brownie was apparently too sweet for a full stomach.

Came here for the Sunday roast as I had heard good things, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Staff were attentive and service was fast. Food was excellent and good size portions. We trying the beef and the turkey Sunday roasts, and both were amazing. Highly recommend.

Called for lunch, good parking, very nice room, good food, promptly served by a very pleasant waiter. The bar looked very inviting, pity it was Monday lunchtime! Definitely somewhere to visit, booths perfect if you have some business to discuss.

The food and drinks are spot on, with a great selection to suit everyone, and the service is friendly and attentive without being over the top. It’s the kind of place you can visit for a casual pint or a longer evening with friends. Really enjoyed the overall atmosphere here definitely a go-to spot if you’re around Sandyford!

Excellent choice of food. They offer half roast dinner portions. There was a €3 surcharge for the beef.
