Good sangria, but the pitcher was full of ice. Average food. Very kind and friendly service. The atmosphere needs to be revisited. The price is high for what you get. Be careful when applying the tip.

The Universal

17/08/2025: Great restaurant that reconnected us with Irish cuisine. Very efficient service and inventive cuisine. We highly recommend it.
06/08/2025: Hidden gem! The food is local and outstanding! The cheese plate starter has a great assortment of local cheeses paired really well with jelly and honey. The steak and lamb entrees were top notch! The cheesy bread, spuds and cabbage were delicious accompaniments. The chocolate tort at the end with a heavy cream and cherries was so good. Only issue was the table that wobbled. Highly recommend this restaurant!
