We ate at this place this evening. The manager who greeted us advised there was no table available (6pm Saturday evening) but if we were happy to wait 15 minutes we could be accommodated. We happily waited and were seated within 15 minutes. The entire staff were amongst the most attentive I’ve ever come across and appear genuinely happy to be there. The decor is very cosy and quaint. The food was spectacular. You can taste the quality and level of freshness of the ingredients. You really can see why this place won awards for the best food in cork in 2021 and again in 2025. You can see why people are willing to wait for this establishment. We even bumped into a local as we were lost the evening before nowhere near the place and he actually recommended this place. It was only once we were seated inside that I remembered this. Not just recommended by tourists but by locals as well. Just shows how well regarded this establishment is!!! Well done guys and keep up the good work!

Absolutely beautiful, great service and very helpful and friendly staff. Food was delicious plenty on the plate.

Food was absolutely terrific! Smelled amazing, looked delectable, and just tasted incredible. Service was kind and caring. Made the effort to accomodate our huge group. Staff wrre very attentive! In terms of atmosphere, the place felt cozy and warm. It was just a nice place to dine in.

Very busy place, especially at lunchtime. It would be recommended to rebook a seat online as last visit, their were a dozen people waiting in a queue to get in, in the rain. Great choice of food with reasonable amounts. The desserts are to die for.

1st time visiting Cork central city today. Freezing cold and we were hungry. Checked local restaurants on-line and found the bustling Scoozy. We were welcomed by the manager who immediately found us a warm spot in this long ago established, quant, authentic feel italian restaurant, and his efficient team swung into action. We had simple Italian pastas, which were quickly prepared, generous, tasty and well presented. We were very professionally treated and we highly recommend this appealing restaurant find, just off one of the main central city streets. Highly recommended.
