Delicious food. This is a vegetarian's dream. The people are very nice and the place is cozy. There isn't much parking available next to the cafe, but plenty within a few minutes walk.

Stopped for breakfast with a friend here on a whim and Seed & Soul did not disappoint! What a lovely find. The food was great, the staff lovely and the atmosphere really relaxed. We will be back!

Not many gluten free options. Service average, only two other people on care and they forgot our food. Chai latte was nice, no soy milk, only almond, oat and coconut.

Really delicious and healthy selection of cakes and dishes. The possibilities of CBD additives and mushroom extracts were also explained to us in a very friendly manner.

08/06/2025: READ THIS REVIEW! This is a hidden gem! The food was FANTASTIC and very reasonably priced for the chef-inspired cuisine! We had the bangers and mash, the seafood fettuccine, the chicken fettuccine, the pan seared hake, the chicken Caesar salad, and the chicken burger. One thing was better than the next! Cannot recommend this place highly enough!!! Warm and welcoming with good service and a nice atmosphere as well. CHOOSE HERE!!!
