Delicious food. This is a vegetarian's dream. The people are very nice and the place is cozy. There isn't much parking available next to the cafe, but plenty within a few minutes walk.

Stopped for breakfast with a friend here on a whim and Seed & Soul did not disappoint! What a lovely find. The food was great, the staff lovely and the atmosphere really relaxed. We will be back!

Not many gluten free options. Service average, only two other people on care and they forgot our food. Chai latte was nice, no soy milk, only almond, oat and coconut.

Such a great cafe, if you're into healthy food these guys do it right! They make it delicious and there are no bad ingredients. I wish I lived in dingle so I could come here every day

We had the spiced sweet potato and carrot soup and the arm goat cheese salad with roasted Mediterranean vegetables and beet root purée and both were out of this world.

Really delicious and healthy selection of cakes and dishes. The possibilities of CBD additives and mushroom extracts were also explained to us in a very friendly manner.

28/04/2025: Our favourite ice-cream shop in Dingle. Lovely staff and extremly delicious ice-cream.
09/11/2024: Nice family owned Ice Cream shop with a friendly owner. The two flavors we had were very good and a decent portion. We just kind of walked by and decided to give it a try - not disappointed! only if we hadn't have stopped!
