Stopped by here for lunch on a trip to Kinsale. I had the most delicious latte and falafal sandwich and my mum had the ham and cheese croissant. The bread for sale looked delicious, we didn't buy any as we were staying in a hotel.

We were in Kinsale for a hen party (a group of 15), and I reached out to Seeds the week before to see if, by any chance, they could help us with breakfast — a mix of sweet and savoury pastries for early Saturday morning. From the very first message, the team couldn’t have been more helpful. The whole process was so easy and stress-free, and everyone I dealt with was just incredibly kind and accommodating. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. The food was absolutely fantastic — fresh, beautifully made, and exactly what we were hoping for. The pastries were devoured in minutes, and to top it off, Ingrid generously included a complimentary loaf of sourdough with our order, which was such a thoughtful touch (and very appreciated once the pastries disappeared!). It honestly made such a difference to our morning — delicious food, lovely people, and the kind of service that really stays with you. 10/10 in every way. So grateful we found this little gem — a beautiful small business doing everything right.

Had a great cinnamon roll and a nice hot Americano for a walk out to Charles Fort. To-go drinks have reusable cups and a €2 deposit that you get back when they’re returned, we used the returned deposit to buy a loaf of wonderful sourdough.

Lovely coffee / bread / cake shop, friendly staff and nice atmosphere, would definitely recommend a visit
