Sensei Coffee & Sushi Cafe in Cork

I loved everything about this little sushi shop except for the excessive mayonnaise drizzle on my rainbow roll. The rainbow rolle looked absolutely beautiful. And when I scraped the mayonnaise off it was very tasty. But if you just eat it with the mayonnaise all you taste is a mayonnaise. I would go back and I would order a rainbow roll again but I would ask them to either skip the mayonnaise sauce or put it on the side of the plate. I also had the matcha and a cookie and I was very happy with my meal overall.

The atmosphere is so cozy and lovely, the drinks are priced reasonably and the sushi is beyond impeccable! I haven't tasted any sushi like it. The litle barista asian boy at the counter makes you feel so welcome.

I love this place so much, I only wish it weren't so far away as I always take a fairly dingy route to get there. That does mean it's not crowded though which is AMAZING. Sushi and pastries are so good and well worth the price which is also quite cheap for something like this. I visited this place routinely recently when I was in the area and cycled between caramel iced macchiato and chai latte (I'm bougie like that), and got 50c off with my own cup 😛 Staff change up a good bit but are all very nice. (Acknowledgment of your existence depends on the staff member)

I have been visiting a few times as of recently and everything is so lovely. From staff, to food, to the coffee. The food is some of the best food i’ve ever had and the staff is always so warm and welcoming. Absolutely one of my favourite cafes.

Could not recommend more! I’ve been going here since the place has opened. Everything is lovely - the coffees are gorge, amazing sushi! And they have a lovely vegetarian sushi roll. But best of all is the crepe cakes 🤤 Omg not even joking I have dreamt about these. The taro one is to die for. Staff are all lovely - definitely would reccomend as a cute lunch spot/for a takeaway

Very good, sushi’s are good , I personally tried the ramen bowl and it was really good.

Great atmosphere, food was good and was ready very quickly.

The onigiri are delicious here. I would have liked some soy sauce, but I didn't have any at the time. Similarly, I didn't like the bao because I don't like sweet things, but it was very well made.
