Shades Grill in Cavan

16/03/2025: I recently had the pleasure of attending my son's wedding at Cavan Crystal Hotel, and I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. The hotel has a lovely, bright, and airy room where the registry ceremony took place. The space was tastefully decorated with fresh flowers, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the special day. Our family of 14 people ate lunch in the bar. The table was dressed in white linen and we were served delicious food that truly exceeded our expectations. Every dish was full of flavour, and the presentation was just as impressive as the taste. The service was outstanding – attentive, friendly, and always making sure we had everything we needed. Special credit and appreciation goes to Nobre who treated us royally and was the consummate host. The staff at Cavan Crystal Hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt well taken care of. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the exceptional quality of service and ambiance it provides. I highly recommend it for any special occasion, and I’m so glad we chose it for such an important event in our family’s life.

09/02/2025: Lovely hotel and friendly staff with exceptional food! Pool however, was disappointing. 25 degrees is way too cold for children and was evidenced by limited usage. It is the only thing putting me off returning.
