Shanleys Bar in Clonakilty

I had lived and worked near clonaikilty , 1983, a most enjoyable experience, was going to Shanleys , play along with Moss and other people. I especially enjoyed the sea fishing trips. I send you all my very best regards William Howe

What an incredible establishment owned by fine folk and has been passed from generation to generation in the family for over 100 years. I know the owner and can attest that he’s just the loveliest, kindest gent of a man who cares deeply about preserving this legacy! Wonderful staff and music that flows steady as the pints — what else can one ask for?!
