Shearwater Hotel in Ballinasloe

Have stayed in the Shearwater a few times over the years on our staycations from Cork. Can never fault this hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need. I particularly love the swimming pool and the fact it is so easily accessible. A big thank you and shoutout to the restaurant as we hadn't booked on a Sunday night, which was busy as Jimmy Buckley was playing, but they accommodated us. Also a lovely gesture was the maître de handing me two lovely cushions for my back as I nursed a 34 week bump! The food was also great. Highly recommend the Shearwater and no doubt we will be back soon with another guest in tow ☺️
