The staff are pleasant. Great coffee and buns. There is a second floor with Wi-Fi. The place has a great atmosphere: there is an old sewing machine in the window display, and barrels of coffee nearby.

This is a cafe with a great atmosphere along the Lipi River. While it doesn't offer a river view, you can still enjoy your coffee in comfort. There's a second floor space for light work. However, it's not very spacious, so it's not ideal for long sittings. It's ideal for an hour or two! The banana loaf was delicious!

The coffee is consistently top-tier (never misses), the food is fresh and seriously tasty, and the staff are absolute legends — friendly, welcoming, and always up for a chat. It’s one of those rare cafés that actually feels like a community hub, not just a quick grab-and-go. If you’re anywhere near Smithfield and don’t go here, you’re doing it wrong.
