Siam Thai in Malahide

Had a beautiful meal yesterday in malahide siam Thai,,food was exceptional, wine just tasted like more and service throughout my visit was top class,,superb staff, thank you for a superb evening,,

Heard and had such great expectation for this restaurant but even though it is a lovely looking restaurant from inside and outside with great potential, the overall experience just wasn’t great. We were a party of three and had pre- booked for 6pm - it was clear to see the restaurant was busy and there were doing many table covers. Service was very slow, staff non- engaged (and very lacking in knowledge) and disinterested. Although the food was well presented and edible, it took an hour for the mains of the early bird special to come out. ( which didn’t make sense for what we ordered) The worst sting of all was the price - over 200 euro for three early bird specials and three rounds of drinks. Ouch. Sadly, we left unsatisfied. We had desserts and afters elsewhere.

Top class, well done from the front door staff to the kitchen and the waitor. Keep it up, impressed.

We had so much fun. They stayed open later for a concert. The singer was awesome. The place was alive. Food was great. Our waitress was amazing. Highly recommend.

We ate here yesterday (Wednesday 23rd) before the teddy swims concert. My daughter had her birthday badge on ( she turned 11). The staff without asking brought out a birthday treat for her and sang happy birthday ❤️❤️❤️ it was lovely !! The staff were so pleasant and kind and the food was great!! Thank you , you made our day! The view of the sea was also amazing!

The food was tasty but mild, a bit too mild for us but that can be helped easily. Excellent cocktails and staff. Well worth a visit.

Visited Siam Thai Malahide for dinner and enjoyed the meal overall. The garlic and pepper crispy chicken had good flavour, though slightly on the salty side, and the pilau rice portion was smaller than expected. Staff were alright, but we did have to request water. We were seated in the enclosed terrace, which was comfortable but felt quite dark because of the black curtains. Despite these small issues, the food quality and atmosphere were good enough for a 4‑star rating.
