Got a snack box for the secomd time i 10 days.Absolutely disgusting.May as well have been eating a lump of salt.How do these people get away with this.

I come here not very often, but sometimes. The ice cream, crepes, and waffles are usually pretty good but there was this one time that we placed a very simple order and the woman at the counter didnt really seem to care much and just went to to talk with a friend for 10 minutes before preparing our order, when preparing our order she took several minutes longer than it should take when we had mentioned we're in a rush. The woman also kept putting her hands all over our cups and inside and she kept asking over and over again what we wantes when it was quite a simple order. Overrall, Silvio's is okay but im just kindly asking to maybe encourage your workers to do their best to accomodate customer's time limits and not infect and contaminate the cups with their hands. Thanks!

The chicken tenders are very nice. The large bag of chips is actually really small. But the icecream is sooooo good and the waffles

14/11/2024: Excellent, Nice Friendly Staff.
24/10/2024: Services are good here. The staff can communicate in English so if you're not Irish you wouldn't have difficulty communicating with them when you need assistance. It's at the center of town which is quite handy.

09/11/2024: Definitely not the same experience than in other Wowburger places. Wow burger is one of the few fast food chains that I consider being consistently good. There's at least 2 spots where I choose to go intentionally for a burger preferring them over other more renowned burger places. This restaurant is quite different from the others. I have been there twice, both late at night. Not surprisingly the environment was a bit messy, with plenty of people who arrive there drunk. This time we waited almost 40 minutes to get our order served. My patty was on the dry side. I asked extra bacon but I found only one slim slice (so it felt like they put half bacon instead). The taste was just ok, nothing like the usual full flavor that I so much enjoy in other restaurants of the chain. Quite disappointing.
