The owner was very kind and accommodating, I had a wonderful time here with my boyfriend and I enjoyed the little market the following morning too. If I go to visit Ballymahon again and I'll be staying here. the price includes breakfast and a lovely charming pub. Great service and great atmosphere.

Booked this to attend a BBQ that was on the site and meet some friends who live local. It was initially booked out but Seamas squeezed us in last minute. Service was great and was more like staying in a friends house than a guest house. Will Definitely return if only to sample the local brew.

Travelling from Australia from Dublin to Galway. We popped in for a quick lunch and the hospitality and meals were amazing. Was welcomed by the publican. Lovely man and great staff. Thankyou.

We're six Spaniards traveling from Belfast to Galway and stopped for lunch on this very hot Sunday. The food was excellent, although we had a bit of a wait. It was truly worth the wait!

Sadly I missed food but menu looks amazing breakfast was freshly cooked and very nice Bar large and people very friendly staff very welcoming Accommodated me with my dog and there aren’t many places that do and are genuine about being dog friendly Serve very nice Guinness Room spacious and clean The garden at the bottom is huge and lovely Wished I could have stayed longer Very good value for money Thanks for a lovely stay! Had a random stop today for a meal at Skellys Bar and it was well worth it. Food is absolutely amazing and big portions. Very nice selection for the kids too. Staff very friendly and owner very helpful and know how to treat customers to fell welcome. Highly recommend to try.

We stayed at Skelly’s last weekend for mum’s 80th family party!! We had an amazing time the Guinness is the best Pat and Seamus and all the staff were amazing they literally couldn’t do enough for us, we were made to feel very welcome all with a big friendly smile!! The only downside was the mattress in the room but the rooms were clean The breakfast was very delicious as was the food served at the party!! We will highly recommend you to our friends and family Nicola & Vincent Bremaud
