Quite a lovely experience. Staff were immaculate, so extremely attentive and friendly from the get go. Our main was out within the first 30 mins of our booking (after devouring the lovely pork belly starter prior). I had the mushroom tagliatelle which was very delicious but extremely cheesy which made me feel quite sick and I couldn't finish it sadly. My partner had the steak which he enjoyed and it did taste amazing. We shared a bottle of wine between us which was gorgeous too! €120 for two mains, a starter and a bottle of wine which isn't too bad! The hotel itself is very classy and the bar area seemed nice and was quite busy on the Friday night so we didn't stop in. The only problem I had with the hotel is that the ladies toilets are a bit old and could use with a refurbishment. Awkward layout and not a lot of cubicles. Overall, I really recommend Helena's! I would come back again on another occasion.

I had the full spa package with lunch at Helen's. I believe Daren was the manager who was very welcoming and kind with the sweetest birthday plate and chocolates. Melina and her colleague were very nice too!! Thank you all so much. (Sorry if i spelled any name wrongly) Got today's special which was cod fish with a white sauce that never tasted better. The ambience was very Bridgerton to me haha, colorful and happiness all over the place.

Lovely experience at Helena’s for lunch. Staff were so friendly and happy and the setting is lovely. Food was delicious and very reasonable - will definitely return!

Can’t say enough, they were absolutely amazing. Arrived for a very late dinner on June 7 and Summer was serving us, they went over and above in making sure we were comfortable and not feeling rushed. They took the time when needed and were extremely accommodating with any requests! All in all Darren should be very appreciative of his staff as they were amazing!

Staff were a delight especially Emma. Food was delicious.

Fabulous afternoon tea. The service was top class and there was no rush on getting our table back when we were finished. The afternoon tea was presented like a work of art and the flavours were delicious
