I ordered a classic calzone for takeaway from the very nice gentleman with gray hair and a beard,he didn't charge me for extra sauce and that calzone was the best I've ever had and I go back frequently and the young kid took my order the second time and he was nice too. I've never been to Italy but I I got pizza in Italy this is what I would expect
