One of the best pubs in Ireland. Cozy atmosphere and great pints. Never a let down from Kieran. If your in between the two spots in Kinnitty this is definetly the more comfortable option

I LOVED this place! Kieran was a gem and his pup Seany~ (hopefully spelled correctly). The locals were a treasure as well. I enjoyed the Jameson along with the chatter. Thank You, Kieran.

Giltraps Pub

11/01/2026: Lovely couple of hours spent in Giltraps Pub last night, Great Music and Atmosphere there, Staff very Efficient & Friendly, looking forward to returning again very soon for a night out. Other half said the Guinness was lovely, I had a mineral to begin with, being designated driver but was delighted to find my go to Non Alcoholic Drink was stocked. Thanks Eleanor & Crew

25/12/2025: One of the pub gems in Offaly. Cost atmosphere and friendly crowd. Great Guinness too
